Sunshine from Oranges & citrus, Oh My!
Now is the time that Sacramento area citrus trees, oranges especially, brighten the last dregs of winter with their sunny gift. I'm making marmalade today, with the bags and bags I picked, you might also consider donating to a local area food gleaners organization.
